Time of Sighting: 3:10 AM EST
Description: I saw a fast moving object moving from west to east. It was low, way lower than where planes fly. It had no sound. It had bright blue lights. The lights were flashing very fast. It stopped for a few seconds and flew up into the sky out of sight. It scared the crap out of me.
