Description: I saw flashes of different colors on the sky changing every second. The same kind of color was seen on March 4.
Note: It is difficult to say what exactly caused the phenomenon and photos taken by the witness. Perhaps there ground laser lights changing colors that may have illuminated high clouds (Cirrus Clouds)?
