Time of Sighting: 4:40 AM EDT
Description: My sister and I were sitting outside and noticed flashing lights and a smaller light above it flickering. We heard no sound or noise from it. It didn’t move fast and it hovered in a spot and moved very slow in it’s spot. We watched it until almost 7 AM. It moved upwards in the sky and then disappeared. We have never seen anything like that.
