Description: I saw a flat looking, all white object very far away. The object occasionally pulsed in brightness, would dim and fade then for a few minutes. It hovers, but then will rise significant distance, make a sharp left, then loop like a circle. It was too far away and too high to be a drone or helicopter. it does not resemble pattern of airplane or colors from airplanes either. We have seen this a handful of times, and it always moves in a different, but similar pattern.
