Time of Sighting: 10:12 PM PDT
Description: At 10:12 PM on Sep 13 I saw some red flashing lights that looked a big red triangle coming from the east to the west. Following it looked to be a smaller triangle very close to the ground, hovering, no noise and moving relatively slow. But the smaller one was moving faster and it’s going from east to west. I am Milton-Freewater, Oregon State Line looking to my north and watching them for a few minutes here and it looked like they were heading toward the Tri-cities (Washington) right now. And all you can see is red flashing lights. There are 6 lights on the big one and all I can see is 4 on the triangle that is trailing. I would say that are barely like 600 feet up or maybe 800 feet off of the ground if that. They are still moving as we speak towards the Tri-Cities, Washington.
