Location of Sighting: New Orleans, Louisiana

Time of Sighting: 9:30 to 10 PM CDT
Description: A woman saw a glowing object that moved, stopped and disappeared. the witness wasn’t sure if the object was a star. She stated that she regularly sees a glowing object that changes shape.
Note: This sighting was probably due to the misidentification of a bright star or planet. I have been unable to reach the witness to obtain more information.
