Time of Sighting: 6 to 6:45 PM CST
Description: A woman was driving in downtown Green Bay, WI. It was a very foggy night and visibility was poor. She saw five lights moving in different directions. The lights then merged into one light. She then saw 3 lights They were oval blue-purple lights and appeared to be fluttering through the clouds. Then green lights were seen swirling rapidly through the sky. The green lights moved very fast. The entire sighting lasted 45 minutes. The witness learned that others had seen the lights.
More Comments From Witness: I don’t know if this is relevant or not. But that same day I lost my internet, and I called Spectrum who said there was an outage. Then I was on the phone with spectrum 22 times that afternoon, trying to get my cable, internet and phone back up. They kept try to reboot my modem, my box for the cable and phone. Nothing worked, then they said well unplug this and that and wait 20 minutes. Finally after my boss is ringing my cell phone off going why are you not working, I went to the Spectum office on Oneida! To have a tech look at this equipment and he said something fried it. Yet my computer and equipment were on a power surge strip
