Description: I was looking into the southern sky and I saw a stationary blinking light. It was red and green. I kept waiting for it to move in a direction and it did not. I went to brush my teeth and when I looked back out it was gone. It was a cloudy, windy night. I saw the blinking light for perhaps thirty seconds.
