Description: In the clear blue sky I looked up and noticed a very bright object which appeared to be stationary. I took a photo and when enlarged there appears to be dark areas around the object. In some shots the object would appear to form the letter H.
More Information Provided by Witness: Dear William: I am sorry for the lack of detail in my report, but it was a few years ago. It was summer time in the U.K. and it was a still day. I have enclosed more photographs. (See above for second photo taken by witness at later date.) Something interesting was that I saw an identical photo taken in I think was the States or Mexico and as I know that my photo was not a fake I guess the odds are that the other photo from across the world was also genuine. The only question then was what was it? I cannot explain why the dark objects around the main object do not show up in the first two photographs. Perhaps it was something to do with the magnification on my camera. I have no idea.
Note: It appears to me that the object could be some type of debris (plastic bag) suspended in the air.

It looks like a group of reflective mylar balloons bunched together.
Yes, balloons could be an explanation.
