Time of Sighting: 11:15 AM EDT
Description: I SAW A SILVER HIGH SPEED VEHICLE THAT LOOKED LIKE THE SPACE STATION. IT MOVED WITH A NORTH TO SOUTH TRAJECTORY. IT WAS VERY HIGH AND LEFT NO CONTRAIL THEN IT LOOKED LIKE IT RAN INTO SOMETHING AND THERE WAS A VERY WIDE TRAIL ACROSS THE SKY THAT TOOK ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTES TO FLOAT NORTH. I HAVE NEVER SAW SUCH A LARGE RESIDUE EVEN FROM MULTI ENGINE JETS.

Update – Aug 13, 2018: In response to my questions the witness provided the following:
The object was elliptical and slender and very shiny traveling at a high altitude at a high rate of speed. I took no photos. It all happened very quickly I was in my condo pool when the object was spotted.
