Description: A man and his father-in-law were driving and noticed a large bright light moving to the east. The light split into two, then merged to one and vanished. This behavior was repeated two more times. The light disappeared completely. The lights were white and similar to street lights. The lights were as bright as a full moon. Witness thouht the objects were flying about 700 feet above the ground and about 1/8 of a mile from a local school ground. Skies were clear at the time of the sighting and no the lights made no sound. The sighting was about 3 miles from McClellan Air Force Base. The base has decommissioned several years ago, but the Coast Guard has an operation there.Note to Commenters: If you are reporting a sighting, be sure to include the location (city, state, country), date and time of your sighting.
