Location of Sighting: Rhinebeck, New York

Time of Sighting: 5:35 PM EST
Description: I saw a long, horizontal, looked like a string of lights, not too far above horizon halfway between the East and South sky per my phone compass. The lights were moving northerly and lasted for about 10 or 15 seconds. It was unlike anything I have ever seen.
Note: The witness likely saw Star-Link communication satellites.
