Location of Sighting: Edgecliff Village, Texas

Time of Sighting: 4:09 PM CST
Description: A grade school teacher was waiting in the parking lot with 2 children whose parents were late picking them up. Suddenly the teacher and her two students heard a loud sound of kids playing from the nearby woods. The sound became louder and louder, but nothing was seen. The sound was described as a mixture of screams and laughter. The teacher said that it sounded like 100’s of kids. The sound lasted about one minute. There are no buildings in the woods where the sound was heard. The teacher approached the woods and the sound ceased. The woods extend about one mile from school to a nearby freeway (I-35W). There only about 6 kids left at the school at the time that the sound was heard and they were inside. The two students who were with the teacher were also startled by the loud sound. The sound came from the East. Winds were from the North at about 10 MPH and the temperature was about 40 degrees.
