Time of Sighting: 9 PM PDT
Description: As I walked outside my home and looked up, I saw a low fast-flying white light bulb-shaped light with a tail. It almost looked like shooting star, however this was much too close to ground to be a shooting star. This light was noiseless flying in a northwest direction toward the National City waterfront? I saw it briefly as it flew over my home and was then out of my range of sight.
