Description: I have been noticing a group of objects nearly stationary in the northern sky near Polaris. They are very dark when compared to the normal dark night sky. It always seems that one point of the triangular object moves slowly away from the other two points, but always returning. There were three of these objects that appeared in a roughly triangular shape in the sky. The individual triangles seemed to rotate occasionally. A humming noise was heard in the sky similar to a jets sound at very high altitudes, but not a jet noise. I heard a kind of humming or buzzing sound. They disappeared from vision as a few low clouds came in and were not noticed after the clouds went by. I have also been noticing a lot of military jets flying strangely at odd hours of the night.
