Description: My boyfriend saw:
I finished work at 10 PM in Sydney, Australia 24/9/2015. I walked out to my car and I noticed these constant lights rotating behind a low cloud (after a light rain). I am sending you this video in help of your research can you please keep me updated.
Note: It is my opinion that these lights are reflections of ground based lights (maybe a commercial promotion) off of the low clouds.

Oh yeah I have seen these UFO’s many times before. I see them every time one of the car dealerships along I-5 has a “midnight sales special.”
It looks like the reflection of one of those portable rotating searchlights reflected against low clouds. Maybe there’s a car dealership on the other side of that forest.
Yes, that is a reasonable explanation.
