Description: Three people were walking to a local store and saw a bright light moving in circular patterns in the sky. The light appeared to be shining off of clouds, but when the light disappeared skies were clear. No ground beam was seen projecting the light. No commercial locations using ground lighting were closeby. The light vanished like a flashlight going off. A weird “metallic” sound was heard from the light. The sound stopped when the light vanished.
Note: This sighting doesn’t sound like any commerical promotion light.
