Description: The witness was leaving work and driving south on I-5. He noticed a large light (larger than a star) hovering over the McChord AFB and Ft. Lewis Military complex. The light blinked and zipped away. The sighting time was about 3 seconds. The light was round in shape. Skies were mostly cloudy and the light was below the clouds. No sound was heard.
Note: The official observation at McChord AFB showed that skies were clear. The witness said that he observed clouds and that the object was below the clouds.
