Description: I SAW AN OBJECT THAT RESEMBLED AN UPSIDE DOWN BOWL WITH A CUP SHAPE THAT IS SHORT ON TOP. IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS GOING ABOUT 75 MPH. IT HAD LIGHTS ON THE SIDES OF IT. THEY WERE REALLY BRIGHT. THE CRAFT WAS METALLIC IN COLOR. THE LIGHTS WERE RED AND WHITE.
