PHOTO & ENLARGEMENT OF OBJECT SEEN COMING OUT OF OCEAN.
Description: I was watching surfers, surf and an object came out of the ocean, hovered around and it took off. Look above surfer walking.
Note: It is difficult to determine the shape of the object. Enlargement of the object suggests that it is cigar shaped. The object IS NOT A CAMERA ARTIFACT as the witness saw the object come out of water!
