Description: Tonight around 9 PM on my way to work I saw what looked like two flashing red lights maybe a foot or so apart hovering above the road a short distance from my house in Lake city, FL. At first it seemed as if these lights might have been attached to an electrical wire crossing the road (which I have never seen before), but after I passed under them and continued down the road I observed them in my side mirror and noticed that they were following a short distance behind me. After about a mile, they disappeared. When I went back home 4 hours later around 1 AM I checked the same area driving very slow, but saw nothing. I regret now not stopping and getting out of my truck to observe them better.
