Multiple Bright Lights in a Straight & Uniformly Spaced Line.

Location of Sighting: Nehalem, Oregon
Date of Sighting: December 9, 2019
Time of Sighting: 5:25 AM PST

Description: We saw the same thing over Nehalem Bay State Park at 5:25 AM Dec 9. There were multiple bright lights in a straight & uniformly spaced line moving westward. Each light seemed to materialize out of the darkness & join the silent flow over the ocean. It was a clear night and very low light pollution. Stars were fully visible throughout the same area where the lights materialized from the darkness so we know they had not been obscured by clouds.

If they were satellites, wouldn’t they have traversed the entire visible sight line, versus “materializing?”

Note: The witness is commenting on the sighting of 20+ bright stars seen floating across the horizon. This sighting was in Milwaukee, OR on the same date. The witness likely saw Starlink satellites.

Note to Commenters: If you are reporting a sighting, be sure to include the location (city, state, country), date and time of your sighting. Be detailed in your description. My family just saw this exact thing in Eugene, Oregon. We were walking out to our car for dinner and looked up and surprised we even saw it because they weren’t moving that fast. It was peculiar because they were definitely on a lineral plane with each other. They were starting close to the West/SW horizon and the lights were exactly evenly spaced and continued this way until directly above our heads (approximately 90 degrees) where they would then disappear. So in half the night sky there would be approximately 6 to 8 all in a row at a time. I have never seen anything like it.

I also saw this same phenomena! From Twin Falls, ID On the night of Dec 22, 2019 just after the sun set and Venus the evening star was hovering and about to dip below the horizon. I saw this strand of lights coming from West to East. They seem to appear just a degree or two above Venus. One would manifest and move up and overhead, one after another, until eventually I was seeing a ‘strand’ of what looked like stars stretching across the night sky in a perfect line. There would be about a dozen lights visible at once until there would disappear outside of visibility directly overhead. They were like a line of stars passing by in an assembly line like a strand of beads. There were 50 to 100 lights total and they did this display over the course of ten minutes.

THEN last night, Dec 23 2019, I saw the exact same phenomena again! This time from Lakeview, OR (after traveling). It was the same time of night, after sunset around 7 PM and coming from the West within a degree or two from dropping Venus and going East! They were a strand of lights that looked like a perfect spaced formation of stars moving. They didn’t flash or have anything differentiating from other stars. Two nights in a row, and I found that people from Michigan saw the same thing Dec 22 2019.

I found that whatever this is, it is NOT SpaceX or satellite launches.
