Description: My name is C.W. and I had one heck of an experience yesterday morning. 11/21/2013 at around 07:00. I was sent your website by a well trusted and life long friend.
I have never really been a believer though I have seen some unexplainable (at least to me) things in my life. I guess I am emailing to either find answers or just talk to people who will understand and not call me crazy. I am attaching a photo which the only good picture I could get. It was moving so fast and I couldn’t get my phone quick enough to get a better picture. Thank you for your time.
Note: Several sightings of a smoking object were reported around 7 AM a day earlier (Nov 20, 2013) in the Portland area. Click here to read about the Nov 20, 2013 Portland sightings. It is not known if the two sighting reports are related. We have written to the witness to find out more about what he saw.
