Description: This object was hovering, spinning and moving erratically in the southeast sky. It was flashing different colored lights. It was across from my house in West Vancouver. I am videotaping and looking towards Fourth Plain Street. I was in this position for an hour or So before the Moon Rose. Then the was positioned by the Moon For the Duration of it’s quick rise.
Note: There were no bright planets or stars in the area of the sky where the witness took the footage. Skies were clear at the time of the sighting.
