Description: The witness called and left a voice-mail message with his sighting on Dec 3, 2013. He was staring out his window to the southeast and saw a bright light that mas not moving. Skies were clear and the light was brighter than surrounding stars. He heard no noise.
Note: The witness was observing the Planet Jupiter which was visible in the area of the sky where he saw the light.

I live in Arlington, WA. During the recent summer months – nightly – I would see three (3) very bright stars miles up in the sky that would move ever so slowly. It would take about 20 minutes to see them move in the expanse of the sky that I can view from my home on acreage. When I look through my binoculars, I could see that these very bright stars have: red, green and blue flashing (strobe-like colors). I live on Burn Road about 1 mile from the Hospital. I believe that they appear to be in the vicinity between the Arlington Airport and the I-5 freeway.
