Description: I saw this as well at a concert tonight flying over the stadium and a five mile radius around it in Hershey, PA 8/27/16, at about 9 PM. It was too big to be a drone, and too small to be an airplane. It flew off into the horizon after about 15 minutes of hovering around the area. It flew at all angles around the stadium going back and forth, in all the cardinal directions. It would go to one area, hover, and then move to the next area. It did this several times.
