Location of Sighting: South Lake Samish (Few Miles S of Bellingham, Washington)
Date of Sighting: July 21, 2016
Time of Sighting: 10 PM PDT
Description: I was smoking while I took the dogs out at around 10 PM. I watched an object move from north to south. It was quite a bit bigger than a satellite, but not as big as the ISS. It was turning blue and green and kind of just flowing color. It was much, much faster than a satellite. I caught sight of it as it came over and after I watched it as it came over and past it emitted a big pulse. (I guess you could call it that.) The pulse was pink and violet, but it was pretty transparent. You could see the stars thru this pulse or explosion of light. The light came off the object like a wave as if you tossed a rock in a pond and it also lit up a good portion of the sky when this happened. After the light explosion it just continued due south like nothing happened. The color and the way the light moved made it actually very pretty. They are triangle in shape and I live in Shelbyville, Indiana
I am seeing these also. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me, but they emit colors of blue, violet, red and what seems 2 be yellow. There are actually 2 of them and they seem 2 be hovering or doing short distance zigzagging motions. I have been watching them for the last 2 days. I thought they might be satellites, but they don’t emit pulsing colored lights. I do believe I don’t know what they are but this is not the first time I have ever seen hovering zigzagging objects in the sky.
