Time of Sighting: 1:30 PM MST
Description: I noticed the object to the north while traveling west bound so I stopped to take several pictures, but after looking at them the object does not appear in the pictures except for one. It was oblong , white in color and was stationary for about 30 minutes. Although the object was white the picture looks darker. It was very strange.

That’s just a dust spot on the camera CCD detector, or if shot through the side window, a small piece of debris on the window itself. The “object” is not in focus, while the background is in sharp focus, so that rules out it being distant from the photographer.
