Time of Sighting: 9 PM CDT
Description: I saw an orange light moving and I followed it through the sky to these trees. I didn’t see it come past the trees like it disappeared. I was in Saint Paul, MN on Grand Avenue at 9 PM on July 22, 2019.
Note: The witness stated the above sighting was similar to the sighting of a fast moving orange light in Parma Heights, OH on March 23, 2016.
