Location of Sighting: Ocean Shores, Washington

Time of Sighting: 9:15 PM PDT
Description: I live on the ocean. I was letting the dogs outside before bed and was facing West. I noticed an orange light moving from Northwest to Southeast at about 10 o’clock. I obviously was not something normal. This is the 3rd sighting in my life and I didn’t think anyone would believe me so didn’t pay much attention. As soon as it disappeared, a second one appeared on the horizon so I grabbed my phone and recorded from a distance with no zoom. It would move up in the sky, fade in and out and was rotating. This one disappeared, then another came and I got video with zoom. Then the same thing happened: It faded and another came the moment it disappeared. The 3 videos are each different sightings, but they were all similar. After that another one came so there were five total. I shared it on Facebook with my friends and most found it unexplainable. A few thought it might be Chinese lanterns and for awhile I thought it might be. However, it was moving to the SE. Winds were from the WSW. They appeared to be quite high, maybe 10 to 20 thousand feet so winds aloft could have been another direction, but no Chinese lantern will go that high especially in the windy Pacific NW and they would have had to have launched from somewhere out at sea.
Note: The lights behave similar to Chinese lanterns, but the witness presents a good argument against this explanation. The objects do not appear to be Chinese lanterns in the video.

The image in the video is out of focus. If it was in focus, there might have been a chance to identify it. As is, it could practically be anything.
The witness zoomed in on the video clip that I posted. The orb is not likely to be a Chinese lantern. I lived in Ocean Shores for a couple of years. The witness presents good arguments against a lantern explanation.
