Description: I saw the lights in Neosho Missouri at 9:54 PM. I also couldn’t catch them on camera.
Note: The witness is commenting on a sighting in Blue Grass, Iowa where orbs of light were observed flying in and out of clouds in a circular pattern. The sighting location is near Joplin, Missouri where strange lights are routinely seen.
