Location of Sighting: Adair, Iowa
Date of Sighting: April 13, 2020
Time of Sighting: 11:30 PM CDT
Description: We spotted lights in the sky on April 13th, 2020 at around 11:30 PM. We have seen lights move across the sky before for a couple years, but this was the closest we have ever seen it. It was between the size of a pea and a dime. It moved south to north across the sky, as well as up and down in the night sky and I visibly saw it pass behind a pole that broke my line of sight. I eventually lost it as it disappeared behind the northwest horizon. Before it disappeared, I was able to look at it through binoculars and attached is my best attempt at a sketch of it. It appeared to be ovular in shape based on what appeared to be 5 distinct windows on the sides of it. The “windows” appeared to get smaller and less bright the further they were from the center and I could see beams of light coming out of the top and the sides of it.Note to Commenters: If you are reporting a sighting, be sure to include the location (city, state, country), date and time of your sighting.
