Description: I was looking out my window facing north, looking over a large tree in our parking lot. I saw this intensely shiny, silver object in the sky. It was fairly quick, and there was no wind so I doubt that it was a stray balloon. It made almost a lighting bolt zigzag in the sky before disappearing from my view over my building. It was HIGHLY reflective and did not move like a traditional aircraft or anything that is usually in the sky. There are no clouds currently.
