Photo Taken of Amber Lights Hovering Over Ocean.

Time of Sighting: 8:52 PM PST

Description: I saw several amber lights stationary in the sky. They were not a quick flash. The lights were sustained. My sighting was in Dana point CA on 2/7/20 at 8:52 PM.
I have pictures and video. It had to be a military exercise or unexplained.

Here is a photo that I have picked. The lights were over the skyline in the southwest in Laguna Niguel California probably right over Dana point Harbor.  It wasn’t street level and it was above the ocean.
