Description: I shot this picture before taking the video and should have stated correctly when submitting my first UFO sighting to you. This is relating to the video I sent regarding the Ball of Energy. I zoomed out on the January 13 light picture so it can be seen as the actual size of the object. It made no sound.
Note: I am not sure why the witness is referring to a video. No video was sent to UFOs Northwest. This same witness sent photos for another UFO sighting that happened on April 8, 2019.
