Description: ON THE DAY OF MY BROTHER’S FUNERAL A RAINBOW ORB CIRCLED ME AND FOLLOWED ME ONLY TO THE PROPERTY LINE AND PERIMETER OF OUR HOME. MY BROTHER HAD ONE TOO. FOUR PEOPLE EXPERIENCED THIS. That’s true, but it always seems that the most unique portion of a report is never photographed. We hear about right angle turns, moving objects stopping suddenly, or, as in this case, orbs, but they didn’t make it into the photo, even though somebody had a camera!
That’s a relatively shiny concrete surface, which leads me to suspect there’s either something on its surface, or in the concrete itself, causing the optical effect. Take a look at the “glory” photograph, on the web site linked below, about midway down the page. It’s caused by glass microspheres embedded in the surface of what appears to also be concrete. An excellent book detailing almost all of the atmospheric anomalies that people see & misinterpret is “Light and Color in the Outdoors” by M.G.J. Minnaert. It’s an old publication, but anybody interested in this subject should have a copy of this book handy.
Don’t forget the witnesses saw the orbs. One needs to not only look at photos, but what was observed. Of course this is assuming that the witness is being truthful?
