Description: A man was outside working on his pool. He noticed a red light in the sky surrounded by white lights. The lights were visible over the top of his house. The lights then appeared to move backward and then suddenly streaked away to the northeast. At the time that the lights streaked away the man heard a sound similar to hitting a wine glass with a fork. The lights were only visible for about 20 seconds.
