Description: This Ring Doorbell video shows that the light bar first was about chest high and elongated. This time the light is much smaller and hovered & moved closer to the ground.
Note: The light in the above video could be a spider web. The witness says that she has many other videos of strange phenomena captured by her Ring Doorbell camera.

It looks like something ethereal or masked. It doesn’t look like a spiderweb to me, but something unusual.
