Time of Sighting: 5:50 PM EST
Description: As you can see in the video, it looks like a vertical light bar, with 4 white lights. They are all moving in sync and never changing. I cut the first 40 seconds or so from the video where nothing happens. There were no cars, no people and no lights.
Note: The vertical light bar could be a spider web dangling back and forth. Apparently ring door bell cameras do pick up spider webs. This is more likely when the camera is in night (infrared mode).
