Description: On March 10, 2018 at 9:45 PM I saw a round and sometimes oval shape in sky south and little east of Vancouver B.C. It flashed red, green, blue and white lights. This is Not a solid object as the lights can be seen through it. Nor is this a planet. Sometimes it only had a band of lights around the middle with one at the top and I think 3 at the bottom.
