September 28, 1992 – Bel Air, Maryland – 8:30 AM EDT

Description: I was on my way home driving and looked up in the sky. This was in the morning, on a weekday and on a mostly sunny morning. I was driving from north to south, on Route 924 (Emmorton Road) between West Riding Lane and Bright Oaks Drive in Bel Air, Maryland. There was a high cloud, off in the distance more to my right than left and yet mainly straight ahead above the cloud, came down from above, space, A silver, grey, oval shaped craft. It hovered above the cloud, a few seconds, tilted downward. The UFO then took a sharp right angle upward into space.
