Time of Sighting: 9:40 PM EDT
Description: I saw orange flickering balls. They made no noise and were moving from west to east. One appeared then another behind it, then two more closer together, then two side by side moving away from each other and then back together. They were moving fairly quickly. I did not get pictures, but I called my neighbor. She also saw the last two go by the front of her house.
Note: The witnesses may have seen Chinese Lanterns. The winds in the lower 5,000 feet of the atmosphere were from the west.
