I saw a strange light descending straight down over the Pacific West coast horizon in the San Francisco Bay Area around 5 PM today 11-8-13. My neighbors also saw the light. The light object had a tail blazing almost like a shuttle take off only going down until I could not see it any more. The light appeared to go slow, but I believe it was going pretty fast. Was this an airplane or craft on fire? I am in San Bruno near SFO Airport.
