Silent, Bright, Slow Moving Object Moves Away, Disappears.

Description: I first noticed what looked like a cars headlights at a low elevation and seemed to be just sitting/hovering there. The lights were very bright and reflected a beam outward thru cloud cover. I use headlights to explain the strange distance between each of them, over the left headlight was a continuous strobe. I first thought a helicopter due to the Bangor International Airport (BIA) being so close by. It’s a common occurrence hearing them first them eye contact after. This craft had no sound at all and by a educated guess it was close enough to be hearing a normal exercise for the reserves at BIA. I was on my last cigar of the night and upon going outside I immediately saw it as it was quite bright and I was focused looking almost due east from my driveway. The craft was moving way too slow to be something other than a helicopter that was just not believable to think it was. The lights too bright, it was dead silent and very slow as it moved at that same lower elevation and was headed in the northeast direction. Then there were no lights at all and I never saw it again until I had to investigate online for air traffic. There were no flights in the BIA area according to the 3 or 4 different sites I looked at. I have been in my home here for 25 years and nothing like this has ever be seen by me. I had to tell someone, and your it.
