Location of Sighting: Spanaway, Washington

Time of Sighting: 8:10 PM PST
Description: I saw a wing shaped black aircraft with red and green running lights. The aircraft made no noise and was only 100 feet above the road. Several times the aircraft stopped and hovered. No noise was detected while hovering or moving. Several people are seeing these aircraft.
Note: The sighting location is very close to McChord Air Force Base.
