Stable Object With Bright Red & White Lights.

Time of Sighting: 6:50 AM EDT

Description: I was driving with my grandchild on Powder Springs Dallas Road (near the Grace School which is on the corner of C.H. James -278) and to the left of me I saw a stable object hovering in the sky with bright red and white lights. (I thought it was a plane at first or a drone, but the object did not move from it’s location.) I was not able to make out the shape or color because it was still dark out.
