Stationary Object With Twinkling-Blinking Colored Lights.

Location of Sighting: Arlington, Washington
Date of Sighting: March 16, 2018
Time of Sighting: 8 PM PDT

Description: I first thought what I thought to be a couple of stars, then an airplane, but it remained fixed with blinking lights. There were two separate lighted areas which, if this were a huge Star Trek type plane, it would be the lights on either side of the wings. I did not see anything, however, between the blinking colored lights. Prior to this sighting, I heard what I thought was a sound of a large coniferous tree falling. I heard a big “boom”. Then I decided to check my property and it was then I noticed the above mentioned “lights”. If the lights were jewelry, it would resemble the Aurora Borealis in that the colors were twinkling/blinking and colorful. I watched for at least 5 minutes and there was no change in position. I’m going to check again this evening to see if they are in same position or not which might be a clue as to whether it is either a plane, a star or whatever.
