Time of Sighting: 9:30 PM EDT
Description: I saw what looked like a star, with binoculars. I noticed rapidly flashing red/blue lights, more rapid then an aircraft would have. The object never moved from it’s position. I checked an hour later and it was gone.

Many stars will give off a blue and than red twinkle. I am just saying I have seen something very much like what you’re describing.
