Location of Sighting: Daytona Beach, Florida

Description: Tonight in Daytona Beach FL at 11:03 as I ran out to catch a glimpse of the rocket launch off Cape Canaveral I saw some extra lights that I cannot explain.
What is it? Do you have any thoughts? I feel strange saying out loud what I think it could be and I am just not sure what to think I am seeing.
Note: The apparent daylight in the photo is really darkness. The full moon illuminated the photo. The time exposed photo suggests that the green object was moving erratically.

It is not just you. I seen the same thing, but just on different days. I was driving down 95, I had the top down. It slowly flew over and then took off like nothing I’ve ever seen before. I’m glad I saw your post, I think there is something going on in our waters.
