Description: I live in an apartment and at the time I had a Nest Dropcam facing the parking lot. At about 1:15 AM on 7/5/2019 I noticed a strange looking object flying across the screen in the Dropcam video. I saved a clip of that part of the video and I am submitting it with this report. The object appears about 18 seconds into the video near the center of the screen and appears to dive close to the ground, then gain altitude again as it moves from the center to the right (viewer’s left) side of the screen. Unfortunately the video quality makes it hard to see the object very well, except that it appears to have lights on it that are visible in the video.
Note: The object is not likely a drone. The video was taken at 1:15 AM which is not the time that people typically would fly drones.
